We started our Features of the Sun activity packet, and will finish on Wednesday during class.
Today we also had a quiz on the Formation of the Solar System. I also handed out the Notebook checklist -- which is due on WEDNESDAY or FRIDAY!! This will be the last 2 grades in the gradebook before trimester ends. Here is the checklist in case you lost, so you can make sure everything is in there:

1. Read the section on the Sun in interactive science book, PAGES 88-93. Writing down VOCABULARY -- Core, Nuclear Fusion, Radiation Zone, Convection Zone, Photosphere, Chromosphere, Corona, Solar Wind, Sunspot, Prominence, Solar Flare.
2. Rename the Sun's layers worksheet. (which should be glued into the notebook.)
